Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Aveona Shannon LLC. Each piece of art is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely at your home.

Processing Times

• Art Prints: Prints are made to order through our professional printing partner. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

• Original Oil Paintings: I personally pack and ship original paintings from my studio. To ensure these high-value pieces are protected, please allow 7–10 business days for specialized packaging before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options based on your order total and preferred speed. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier once the package has left the studio.

Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days transit):

• For orders totaling between $0.00 and $5.00, shipping is $6.00.

• For orders totaling between $6.00 and $69.99, shipping is $10.00.

• For orders totaling between $70.00 and $699.00, shipping is $18.00.

• For orders totaling $700.00 and up, shipping is $55.00.

Express Shipping:

• For orders totaling between $0.00 and $699.00, shipping is $25.00.

• For orders totaling $700.00 and up, shipping is $175.00 and features a faster transit time of 1 to 2 business days.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both a print and an original painting, they will likely ship in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package once they have been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.

Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your art arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Replacements Policy and contact us within 7 days at studio@aveonashannon.com with photos of the damage.
